ERD Diver Team #2 - Pattaya,
Thailand 2006
April 2006 Mermaid's scuba diving center
Pattaya, Thailand had another wonderful
ERD (Eme rgency Response
Diver) program with
all four of the team loving the training. The ERD is the most physically
challenging dive program that we operate outside of the technical diving realm. The
ER Diver's were Harvey, Brad Lowder,
Jon Fowler (Chicago) and Stu Gill. Running the course was PADI Course Director
Stephen Blumenthal with Bruce Ritchie (OWSI) and Adam Pierce (STAFF). (in the
picture - Left to right - Bruce, Stu, Harvey, Brad, Jon and Adam).
This ERD team was superb in it's dive team
work. Steve, Adam and Bruce did not make the stress tests easy with dual out of
air situations and many entanglement situations. All of the divers were tested
to the maximum of their strengths. Please do check out some of the pictures of the
